I would honestly eat this for breakfast everyday if I could. This amazing cake was kindly baked by Winneke of winneckeeats.blogspot.com as a present for my birthday. It was then attacked by a suicidal loaf of bread and soaked in coffee. This only made it better.....
There is a noodle house at the bottom of Glebe Point rd that makes amazing dumplings, but is rarely open. We found this note slipped under there door on one of our attempts to visit.
The food here was good, but overpriced. I don't really like this style of service either. The guy who ran the floor reminded me of an ex-manager, whom I hated, so this didn't help.
I didn't make these, I found them. I then took them out of their frames and they became infinitely more appealing. Funny what packaging can do for an object.
This is just a small sample of work that has been installed on Cockatoo Island for the Sydney Biennale. It's a great Island and a great way to use it. Also the Ferry ride over is free, who can say no to a free ferry ride?
